Matthew Tuttle is a Certified Financial Planner® professional. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Tuttle Tactical Management, LLC.

An experienced educator, Matthew teaches personal finance to consumers as an adjunct professor at Norwalk Community Technical College. He instructs through the Continuing Education centers of the Westport, Stamford, Darien, Greenwich and Katonah districts, as well as the 92nd Street YMCA. He has also provided continuing education instruction to CPAs at Baruch College, the CPA Law Forum and through the CPA Report.
He has received the Fairfield County 40 Under 40 Award, given annually to 40 executives who demonstrate extraordinary leadership qualities, with outstanding accomplishments in their respective fields. Recipients exhibit a strong, ongoing commitment to professional development.
In addition to his books, Matthew has written two chapters for the Life Insurance Answer Book, the desk reference guide for life insurance agents. He has also contributed to the Wealth Management Manual.
Confirming his expertise, he is a sought after expert witness in court cases dealing with financial planning matters.
Matthew has an MBA in finance from Boston University.
John is head trader for TTM. Prior to joining TTM, Mr. Burke was a Managing Director/Head Trader for American Independence, where he set up their ETF trading desk, he was in charge of all ETF trading for the Cougar Global Tactical Growth and Moderate Growth Funds, he also traded the JAForlines Risk Managed allocation Fund. In addition, Mr. Burke traded the SMA accounts for the featured ETF Managers. Prior to American Independence, Mr. Burke was Senior Vice President/Head Trader at Avatar Associates, an ETF centric quantitative sector rotation investment manager. Before moving to the buy side, Mr. Burke was an OTC market maker for over 15 years with the firms, ABN AMRO, Dain Rauscher, Montgomery Securities, and Guzman & Company. Mr. Burke has also participated in a panel on Best Execution Practices in Trading ETFs sponsored by IndexUniverse.

Currently, Dean is the founder and CEO of Sierra Analytics, and has worked with some of the world’s most renowned experts in the areas of technical and fundamental market analysis, trading system development tools and group/sector analysis techniques. Steve has over thirty years of experience in business development and sales and account management, primarily in the field of financial markets and products.
Throughout his career he has helped Elder Law, Trust and Estate Attorneys, Financial Planners, Insurance Agents, and CPAs provide financial solutions to their clients.
Steve’s experience has resulted in his being both guest and host for a variety of radio programs throughout the New York metro area. He is an instructor for continuing education (CE), continuing professional education (CPE) and continuing legal education (CLE) courses in New York and Connecticut. He is also a frequent speaker at senior centers throughout Connecticut, southeastern New York State and the boroughs of NYC.
Steve has been published in numerous financial magazines and newspapers, including The New York Times. He was a contributing author for the book Financial Secrets of My Wealthy Grandparents.
